Chuck Bolton is the president of The Bolton Group LLC, an executive development firm headquartered in Minneapolis. Chuck has coached and consulted more than 1,000 executives and assessed over 100 top teams in the US, Canada, Europe and Israel. Several clients are award winners including: a CEO who is co-winner of the Nobel prize; a SVP who was the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal “Woman of the Year” in commercial real estate and a CEO named the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Chuck is an executive education instructor at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, where he created and instructs Optimizing Your Unique Executive Brand. Chuck serves on the Council of Regents, School of Graduate and Professional Programs at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and is Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board to the Graduate School of Business and Technology.
Chuck appears frequently on the NBC affiliates in Minneapolis and Milwaukee and is a sought after speaker. His audiences include Fortune 500 companies, universities, professional associations and nonprofits in the US and Canada.
Prior to launching his consulting practice in 2000, Chuck held the position of group vice president, Human Resources, Boston Scientific. He held similar roles at Baxter and American Hospital Supply Corporation.
Chuck received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He was recently recognized at Keller with the “40 for 40” award as a distinguished alum. He has received training and certification in executive coaching, emotional intelligence and related topics from Corporate Coach U, HayGroup, Adaptiv Learning Systems, the Alliance for Strategic Leadership and the Arbinger Institute.

Eric brings deep experience in assessment and leadership development initiatives, having launched and directed an award-winning leadership institute for physicians from across the U.S. and around the globe, as well as directing leadership institutes in the medical technology and education arenas.
Eric has coached senior corporate executives, non-profit leaders and boards of director to become their best.
Previously, Eric also built and ran a successful coalition of corporate, including Fortune 500 medical device manufacturers Boston Scientific, Medtronic and St. Jude Medical.
With a career that includes work with both industry leaders and large-scale non-profit organizations, including extensive work with boards of directors, Eric brings to this work a unique combination of experience and expertise to help others perform at their best, both individually and collectively.
Eric holds graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota and the University of California-Riverside, respectively. He resides in the Twin Cities with his wife, Rebecca, and teenage twins.
