Chuck is an executive education instructor at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, where he created and instructs Optimizing Your Unique Executive Brand. Chuck serves on the Council of Regents, School of Graduate and Professional Programs at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and is Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board to the Graduate School of Business and Technology.
Chuck appears frequently on the NBC affiliates in Minneapolis and Milwaukee and is a sought after speaker. His audiences include Fortune 500 companies, universities, professional associations and nonprofits in the US and Canada.
Prior to launching his consulting practice in 2000, Chuck held the position of group vice president, Human Resources, Boston Scientific. He held similar roles at Baxter and American Hospital Supply Corporation.
Chuck received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He was recently recognized at Keller with the “40 for 40” award as a distinguished alum. He has received training and certification in executive coaching, emotional intelligence and related topics from Corporate Coach U, HayGroup, Adaptiv Learning Systems, the Alliance for Strategic Leadership and the Arbinger Institute.
