Here’s what we
believe and don’t believe.
We Believe:
- We believe in impact. Any leader can create impact if they learn the skills and apply their will.
- We believe leaders who operate with impact are a force multiplier for their organizations.
- We believe in purpose. Leaders who operate with purpose create greater value for all their stakeholders.
- We believe in passion. Nothing great is created without passion.
- We believe in producing massively. A world-class productivity system and techniques can be learned and applied individually and organizationally to work smarter.
- We believe that growth is a requirement to flourish personally and professionally. You don’t get better if you don’t learn and grow.
- We believe that greatness is possible. We have no tolerance for mediocrity.
- We believe that reinvention is healthy and a necessity to thrive.
- We believe in leaders who operate with impact. Operating with impact, anything is possible.
- We believe in leaders who show and encourage others to operate with impact create the greatest impact of all.
We Don’t Believe:
- We don’t believe in the status quo. Operating the way you always have doesn’t mean operating with impact.
- We don’t believe leaders who operate to just make the numbers create impact or sustainable value for all stakeholders.
- We don’t believe that leaders who lack purpose – and 70% don’t – create the value they should be creating.
- We don’t believe in being dispassionate, about being overly analytical and cynical. That doesn’t pull others toward you and it negates possibilities.
- We don’t believe in working harder with more brute force when working smarter is better.
- We don’t believe you are ever done learning. Failing to continue learning and growing makes you obsolete.
- We don’t believe that good is ever good enough. You are here to be great.
- We don’t believe in repeating. What got you here won’t get you there. You need to learn to reinvent.
- We don’t believe in team members who are only “engaged.” That’s setting the bar way too low. Aim for impact.
- We don’t believe in not teaching and encouraging others to operate with impact. You squash individual and collective potential if you fail to show and encourage others.
As a coach and advisor, I’m not for everyone. Most people should probably not work with me. Here are some reasons why you should and shouldn’t work with me.
3 Reasons
You Should or You Should Not Work with Me:
3 Reasons You Should
Work With Me:
- If you are committed to becoming your best, creating impact and massive value, and need a mentor to show you the way, we should work together.
- If you are committed to making bold moves to reinvent and grow, not just making incremental improvements on development needs, we should work together.
- A leader’s job is to create massive value for all stakeholders – team members, customers and financial backers – and to exclude one group over another isn’t a sustainable recipe to win. You create massive sustainable value by launching solutions that benefit each stakeholder group. If you seek to create massive value for all stakeholders, we should work together.
3 Reasons You Should Not
Work with Me:
- If you are comfortable with your career and life and you are seeking to get just a little better on one of your “developmental needs”, I’m not your coach.
- If you want a coach because your boss says you should hire a coach – and you just want to go through the motions, to check the “I hired a coach” box – we should not work together.
- If you don’t believe a leader’s job is to create value for all stakeholders, I’m not your coach.
