Just help one person feel a little better about themselves.

My Mom would always say.

I’m Chuck Bolton. My dad died when I was 8. My mom, who had previously been stay-at-home, suddenly found herself as single parent, breadwinner, and soon, caregiver for her parents. Out of necessity, mom reinvented herself. While she didn’t have a lot of spare time, mom always found the time to show kindness and compassion to others. To help improve the lives of others – one person at a time.

Mom was my role model and greatest teacher. She taught me how to treat people. Her philosophy and example guided my life.

Believing that human resources was the best place to make people’s lives better, I spent the first twenty years of my career in that field, eventually rising to the role of group vp of hr at Boston Scientific. That was a big job, but it wasn’t my passion.

Executive Coach for CEOs & Top Teams in Medtech & Life Sciences

I followed my passion. I left the corporate world to start an executive coaching practice tailored for CEOs and top teams in the medtech and life sciences sectors. I knew first-hand their challenges. I knew they needed someone who could see their potential and greatness, who encouraged and believed in them, and could help them achieve their dreams. Each day, I show others how to create an impact, one person at a time.

For over twenty years, I’ve helped my clients become their best – the heroes of their own stories. I’ve worked with more than 1,000 executives, including a Nobel Prize winner, an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, the Biotech Woman of the Year and other award-winning clients, from companies like Abbott, Ascension Ventures, Avanos Medical, Baxter, BD, Boston Scientific, Cantel Medical, Hollister, IQVIA, Medtronic, NovaBone, Optum, Parata Systems, Performance Health, United Healthcare, VitalPath, Velosity, Vyaire Medical and many more. I’ve written six bestselling books on leadership, purpose, productivity and impact, spoken at Harvard Business School, and appeared on NBC, CBS and FOX.

Every person wants to create an impact with their life. I love inspiring, encouraging, and coaching others so they create an impact – their unique difference in the world. What is your big opportunity? What’s that cost if you don’t pursue or miss that opportunity? The time is now. Are you ready to create great impact and massive value? Let me show you the way.
